Characteristics and Applications: 
HERO 600 depostis the weld metal of self-hardening martensite structure, good abrasion resistance accompanied with medium impact and high hardness. PHWT is not necessary. It is suitable for medium carbon steel, agitator propeller, pump impeller and soil abrasion.

Notes on Usage:

1. Dry the electrodes at 120°C for 60 minutes before use.
2. Clean and preheat the plate and keep the interpass temperature at 150°C.
3. Using low hydrogen type electrode for under-layer welding is recommended.
